I also tried "Reset All Settings", but it is still jumping between blank and the white apple. I installed some apps a few days ago and another one today as part of the debug process (it was mentioned in a different thread). At one point it let me back in and I went into the settings and then it wouldn't let me out of the settings! I went into Wallpaper and in Camera Roll I saw a lot of photos of the Settings Window! So this means that every time I pushed the button to get out of Setting it took a picture?!?!?! Tip: Make sure to quickly release the button and move to the next button in the sequence. Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo. Press and release the volume down button.
